Baskonia adds Kobi Simmons on a two-month contract, extendable through the season. The 1.96m guard arrives from the Zhejiang Golden Bulls and will reach Vitoria-Gasteiz soon.
Born in 1997, the American floor general will join team activities upon arriving in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The agreement runs for two months with an option to extend through season’s end.
In his last CBA season he averaged 15.4 points, 5.1 assists and 3.4 rebounds, for 14.9 efficiency credits.
Developed at the University of Arizona, he debuted in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies in 2017, and gained experience with the Cavaliers, Hornets, Raptors, plus in Europe and Asia.
