Baskonia officially signs Kenneth Faried

The American veteran joins the Basque club after spending last season with Panathinaikos

Baskonia has officially announced the signing of Kenneth Faried for the 2026-27 season. The 2.05-meter American big man brings experience, athleticism and physicality to the Vitoria frontcourt.

Faried played more than 450 NBA games, primarily with the Denver Nuggets, before later stints with the Brooklyn Nets, Capitanes de Ciudad de México and CSKA Moscow. He made his EuroLeague debut with the Russian club during the 2021-22 season.

The 2014 FIBA World Cup champion spent last season with Panathinaikos and was named EuroLeague MVP for November. Faried now becomes the latest addition to Baskonia’s frontcourt.
