Joan Penarroya is no longer the coach of Barcelona. The Blaugrana club announced this in an official statement.
For the time being, assistant coach Oscar Orellana will take over the reins.
The decision comes just minutes after Girona’s 96-78 defeat. Barcelona is currently twelfth in the ACB with a 2-4 record, and 5-4 in the EuroLeague.
