Ataman praises Osman: “He is the best player in Europe at his position”

Following Turkey’s victory over Lithuania, head coach Ergin Ataman highlighted Cedi Osman’s performance and leadership. The Turkish coach had particularly strong words for his captain, emphasizing his importance to the national team both on and off the court.

“First of all, I want to congratulate Cedi. He has been a fantastic captain for this team for three years and he gives everything. At times he can have a dip in his performance, but this time he was at an extremely high level. In my opinion, Cedi is the best player in Europe at his position.
