ASVEL Villeurbanne has officially announced the departure of Braian Angola. The Colombian guard joined the French club midway through last season and quickly established himself as one of the team’s key players, earning EuroLeague Round 30 MVP honors during his short stint in Villeurbanne.
Below is the official statement released by the French club announcing its separation from the player. During his time with ASVEL, Angola averaged 15.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game in the EuroLeague, showcasing his scoring ability and all-around impact on both ends of the floor.
