ASVEL has signed Juhann Begarin on an initial one-month deal as an injury replacement for Mathis Dossou-Yovo

ASVEL has announced the signing of Juhann Begarin on an initial one-month contract. The French wing arrives as a temporary injury replacement for Mathis Dossou-Yovo.

Begarin, 24 and 1.96 meters, returns to EuroLeague after previous stints with Paris Basketball, Nanterre and Monaco. ASVEL adds him to increase its perimeter depth while Dossou-Yovo is sidelined.

The club is also still dealing with the situation concerning the reported debt to Joffrey Lauvergne. Eurohoops had previously reported a possible transfer ban, later denied by Tony Parker. At this stage, there is no officially announced EuroLeague ban or public BAT ruling on the case.
