Davis is expected to play tomorrow against Dallas
Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel said Anthony Davis will be on a 15-minute restriction if he makes his return tomorrow against Dallas.
“[Davis’ playing time] is going to be evaluated on a game-to-game basis based on how he feels,” Vogel said.
The Italian coach returns to the NBA as a consultant, while Jason Love and Sergi Oliva also join the organization
The former Portland Trail Blazers center adds frontcourt depth while Mark Williams recovers from shoulder surgery
The 38-year-old veteran has drawn interest from the Utah Jazz but would prefer to sign with a team capable of competing for the NBA championship
The reigning champions have added several experienced players to compete for the final two roster spots, including former NBA champion Bruce Brown on the wing.
The veteran point guard will attend training camp and compete for a place on Sacramento’s final roster
