As anticipated yesterday evening by various international media outlets, sources close to Anadolu Efes management confirm the agreement between the Turkish club and Pablo Laso.
The Vitoria-born coach, fresh from his summer divorce with Baskonia, has signed a contract until 30 June 2027.
Pablo Laso is therefore the successor to Igor Kokoskov. For Laso, who won six ACB titles and two EuroLeagues with Real Madrid, this is his second adventure abroad after the 2023-2024 season with Bayern Munich, which ended with the BBL and German Cup titles.
Anadolu Efes is currently 14th in the EuroLeague with a 5-9 record and fourth in the BSL with six wins in ten games.
