Efes announced the departures of Saben Lee and Cole Swider

It seemed that only the official announcement was missing for Luca Banchi’s return to the Anadolu Efes bench, but the plans of the Italian national team head coach have apparently changed.

According to BasketNews, the Turkish club, recently eliminated from the BSL playoffs, decided to activate the 2026-27 option in Pablo Laso’s contract after learning about the latest developments regarding Banchi’s situation.

Meanwhile, Efes has already started reshaping its roster for next season. The club officially announced today the departures of Saben Lee and Cole Swider.
