Alba Berlin has announced they have signed Israeli guard Tamir Blatt to a three-year deal, and loaned him to Hapoel Jerusalem, the team where he has played for the last two seasons.
Blatt has averaged 8.8 points and 5.3 assists per game in 2019-20 between Winner League and BCL.
