AEK Athens have officially announced the return of Giannoulis Larentzakis. The 32-year-old Greek guard has signed a three-year contract running through the summer of 2029.
Larentzakis returns to the club where he previously enjoyed a successful spell, helping AEK win the Greek Cup and Basketball Champions League in 2018, followed by the FIBA Intercontinental Cup in 2019.
The move was confirmed immediately after his departure from Olympiacos, where he spent the previous six seasons and won 12 trophies, including last season’s EuroLeague championship.
