AEK BC extends Stevan Mijovic through 2027

The Serbian coach will continue working alongside Dragan Sakota.

AEK BC has officially announced the extension of Stevan Mijovic’s contract, keeping the 33-year-old Serbian coach on Dragan Sakota’s staff. Mijovic has signed a new one-year deal that will keep him with the Greek club until the summer of 2027.

He recently led Serbia’s Under-17 national team to a silver medal at the FIBA U17 World Cup, where he was also named Coach of the Tournament. The previous season, he guided Serbia U16 to the European Championship gold medal.

Mijovic is also part of Serbia’s senior national team staff and has coached at several youth levels, gaining extensive international experience.
