Dusan Alimpijevic previews Besiktas-Zalgiris and identifies Jonas Valanciunas as the Lithuanian team’s biggest threat

Besiktas hosts Zalgiris Kaunas in EuroLeague Round 10, with Dusan Alimpijevic identifying Jonas Valanciunas as the main threat from the Lithuanian side.

“Zalgiris have big ambitions this year and are well-equipped at every position,” Alimpijevic said. “The return of Jonas Valanciunas from the NBA shows the extent of their ambitions. He is a major part of their offensive system and we need to focus on their sharpest weapon.” The Besiktas coach also mentioned former player Dustin Sleva: “We are very happy to host him again.”
