Carter and Rhoden offer value, while Hayes has an opportunity to build on his latest performance.
Tyson Carter, Crvena Zvezda — 7.3 credits. He delivered 24 points and 26 PIR in 22 minutes against Maccabi. His 6-for-10 three-point shooting should not be treated as the norm, but at this price he is worth considering against Bayern. A more modest performance could still provide a useful return.
Jared Rhoden, Paris — 9.5 credits. Rhoden recorded 20 points and 22 PIR in 28 minutes at Dubai. With Etienne and Warren still under assessment, he is an appealing option for the trip to Maccabi, particularly if Paris remain short of perimeter options.
Kevarrius Hayes, Partizan — 12.7 credits. Jekiri’s absence creates an opportunity in the frontcourt. Hayes posted 15 points, eight rebounds and 21 PIR in almost 24 minutes against ASVEL. Facing Valanciunas in Kaunas is a tougher assignment, but his price and potential playing time make him worth a look.
A.J. Lawson, Baskonia — 9.2 credits. Lawson played almost 30 minutes against Real Madrid, producing 17 points and 20 PIR. With Sedekerskis out and Duarte and Kurucs under assessment, he could retain a substantial role against ASVEL.
Mikael Jantunen, Real Madrid — 6.5 credits. A budget option at forward after scoring 13 points and posting 14 PIR in 16-and-a-half minutes against Baskonia. Fenerbahce present a tougher matchup, but Deck’s absence leaves opportunities in the rotation. Consider him a supporting pick, with expectations reflecting his minutes.
