Dimitris Itoudis previews Hapoel-Efes, praising the Turkish team’s aggressiveness, experience and lineup versatility

Hapoel Tel Aviv opens another EuroLeague double week against Anadolu Efes, with Dimitris Itoudis warning about the Turkish team’s depth and aggressiveness.

“We are starting another double week against two very experienced opponents, beginning with Efes,” Itoudis said. “They changed the physiognomy of the team and have produced great results. They are very aggressive on both ends, with different lineups and experience at every position.”

Ish Wainright is looking for a response after Hapoel’s domestic loss: “We are coming off a tough defeat in the Israeli league, but we will try to bounce back and keep our EuroLeague streak alive. We need 40 minutes of full focus.”
