The Dallas Mavericks have announced their injury report ahead of today’s preseason game against the Houston Rockets in Macao as part of the 2026 NBA China Games.
The Texas team will be without four players. Santi Aldama, who underwent right knee surgery, and Dereck Lively II, who had surgery on his right foot, will both be unavailable. Morez Johnson Jr. will also miss the game for rest purposes, while Marcus Sasser is dealing with soreness in his left adductor.
The matchup against Houston marks the second preseason meeting between the two teams in Macao, following Friday, October 9, when the Rockets secured a 135-117 victory. For Dallas, today’s game will provide another opportunity to continue preparations for the upcoming NBA season.
