Virtus Bologna officially signed Swedish forward Bobi Klintman to a multi-year contract with team options.
The 22-year-old, selected with the 37th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, spent the last two seasons with the Detroit Pistons organization, appearing in 20 NBA games while playing extensively for the Motor City Cruise in the G League.
Klintman averaged 13.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in the G League, shooting 39% from three-point range. Before turning pro, he played at Wake Forest in the NCAA and for the Cairns Taipans in Australia’s NBL.
