Hardaway Jr. would bring shooting, experience and perimeter scoring, while Conley Jr. would add playmaking, leadership and reliability at point guard.
For Miami, the goal is clear: add ready-to-contribute veterans who fit a win-now roster, despite limited cap flexibility.
