The Turkish club announced the arrival of the executive, who spent last season with Glint Manisa Basket

Galatasaray MCT Technic has officially named Özgün Önver as the new general manager of its men’s basketball team.

Born in 1982, Önver began his basketball path in Tuborg’s youth system and played professionally for Tuborg, Tofaş, Erdemir, Olin Edirne, TED Kolejliler and Eskişehir Basket.

After retiring, he moved into management, working with Eskişehir Basket, the Turkish Basketball Federation, Bursaspor and most recently Glint Manisa Basket. Galatasaray highlighted his organizational experience and professional background across different levels of Turkish basketball.
