The NBA has launched its own investigation into free agent Malik Beasley, focusing on gambling allegations tied to the 2023-24 season with the Milwaukee Bucks.
Beasley, 28, was previously linked to a federal probe but was later confirmed not to be a target. His attorney says he is “fully cooperating” with the league’s inquiry.
The situation already cost him a three-year, $42 million deal with the Detroit Pistons. The NBA investigation is reportedly in its final stages, while Beasley remains a free agent.
