Vasa Micić: I chose based on my vision

Serbian point guard Vasilije Micić explained his decision to sign with Hapoel Tel Aviv: “I wanted stability and a strong project. I just needed one person who understood what I was looking for.” He confirmed serious talks with Crvena Zvezda: “It was all very real, but my top priority was a long-term deal, and Hapoel believed in me.”

The former EuroLeague MVP returned to Europe after his NBA stint with the Hornets and Suns. “No regrets – I learned a lot. Now I’m focused on the national team and the EuroBasket. The EuroLeague is evolving, and with Tel Aviv and Dubai joining, we’re entering a new era.”
