Nikos Pappas returns to Panathinaikos as new technical director

Nikos Pappas is rejoining Panathinaikos as technical director, replacing Sani Becirovic.
He returns after three years working as an international scout for the Chicago Bulls.

Pappas previously spent eight years with the Greens in various roles, including under Xavi Pascual and Rick Pitino.
He played a key role in bringing in young Greek talents like Samontourov and Mantzoukas.

With a strong background in coaching and basketball management,
Pappas is expected to reinforce the club’s identity and talent strategy.
