After suffering a serious injury in the EuroLeague game against Baskonia, the Panathinaikos center underwent surgery for a broken fibula. Below is the official statement of the Greek club, which does not mention the recovery time.
“Mathias Lessort successfully underwent surgery to repair his left leg injury at the “HYGEIA” hospital on Friday (20/12) morning. The operation was performed by our team doctor, orthopedic surgeon Athanasios Konidis.
The French center suffered a broken fibula during yesterday’s game against Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz (19/12).
