Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid suffered a right orbital fracture and a mild concussion in the last quarter of game 6 of the first round series against the Toronto Raptors.
Embiid’s condition will be re-evaluated in a week, so the team will have to play without him in the first games of the second round series against the Miami Heat, which begins next Monday.
Embiid suffered the injury in the final quarter, with the 76ers up by 29 points:
