Zenit St. Petersburg General Director says roster is completed. Monroe? Never a candidate

Zenit St. Petersburg general director Alexander Tserkovny confirmed that the Russian team has ended their market for next season.
Zenit has signed eight new players:

Kevin Pangos
KC Rivers
Billy Baron
Alex Poythress
Arturas Gudaitis
Vitaly Fridzon
Denis Zakharov
Igor Volkhin

And doesn’t intend to make new additions.

“We completed the transfer campaign this summer. Any information that will concern possible newcomers to Zenit in the near future should be taken as speculation” Tserkovny told IZ.

The manager also spoke about the “wildest” names linked to Zenit during the summer: “It is difficult to choose between the rumors about the transfer to our club of Alexei Shved and Greg Monroe. The American was never a candidate for our team”.
