Big news for Zenit. According to @SdnaGr sources, the Russian team is looking for a place to build their brand new b-ball oriented arena w/ 12+k seats (actually, a whole new sports complex with a gym, training center, swimming pool, facilities for academies etc) in St Petersburg.
