It looks like Zach LaVine and the Chicago Bulls are going their separate ways, but a trade is not expected to happen anytime soon.
The majority of players who inked contracts this past offseason become trade available on December 15th, which might lead to an opening in the trade market. “A more realistic target it the Feb. 9 trade deadline,” notes Darnell Mayberry of The Athletic.
LaVine has made fewer shots than usual during the last two games for the Bulls.
LaVine’s contract expires on 26/27, after which he could become a free agency in 2026.
