Israeli guard Yam Madar has decided to test the 2020 draft waters, Jonathan Givony reports.
This year Madar averaged over 8 points and 3 assist for Hapoel Tel Aviv.
He’s at No.74 in the Espn’s Top 100.
Israeli point guard and potential second round pick Yam Madar has entered the 2020 NBA Draft, his agent Alex Saratsis told ESPN.
