The 24-year-old guard earns an NBA call-up after producing for the Capital City Go-Go

The Washington Wizards have signed guard Kadary Richmond to a 10-day contract. Richmond (6’6”, 205), in his first pro season after five collegiate years at Syracuse, Seton Hall and St. John’s, is represented by Daniel Hazan.

After appearing in Summer League and preseason with Washington, Richmond joined the Capital City Go-Go, averaging 8.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.3 steals in 23 games (15 starts) while shooting .457 from the field.

In his graduate season at St. John’s, he posted 12.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.0 steals, earning two All-Big East honors (First Team in 2023-24, Second Team in 2024-25).
