Golden State Warriors guard Nico Mannion will play the upcoming FIBA OQT in Belgrade with the Italian NT, a source told Sportando. Mannion made his debut with Italy in July 2018, becoming one of the youngest players to ever appear in the Italian jersey.
The next hours will be decisive, however, to understand if Duke prospect Paolo Banchero will play in Serbia with Italy, making his debut with the National Team. Banchero received his Italian passport a few months ago and committed to play with Italian NT, but it is still unknown if the player will debut in a couple of weeks.
