Luca Vildoza was the star of the transfer from Panathinaikos to Olympiacos, signing a two-year contract. These are his first statements as an Olympiacos player, as reported by Eurhoops.
Vildoza’s words: “I don’t know how many players can say they have worn Panathinaikos and Olympiacos jerseys, for me it’s a special feeling. We are talking about two of the best clubs in Europe. I am very happy to have arrived at Olympiacos, they welcomed me very well. Last year was very hard for me: I had to get used to playing fewer minutes, sometimes not at all, then I had some injuries that helped my coach not to play me. I’m not here for revenge, I want to make that clear: I don’t want people to think that. At Panathinaikos they treated me well, I left but I have good feelings towards the whole organization. I am here because Olympiacos made me feel special and their approach to me was important. I never questioned which club to choose, I am here to win”.
