Vassilis Spanoulis rumored to be chosen as Greek NT coach

After just one season at the helm of Peristeri, former legendary guard is believed to be the one to replace Dimitris Itoudis

After parting ways with Dimitris Itoudis, Greece is expected to announce Vassilis Spanoulis as the National Team head coach on Monday, reports Sport24. Former legendary player has coached Peristeri in his first experience as a profesional head coach last season, reaching Greek league Semifinals and Basketball Champions League play-in stage. The agreement is expected to be for the next two seasons, covering also EuroBasket 2025.
