According to Orazio Cauchi, Ismael Bako is about to leave Virtus Bologna to join UNICS.
The russian team will pay a buyout for the 27-year-old Belgian center, who produced 5.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 15 minutes per game last season with coach Scariolo’s team.
Once Bako’s exit is finalized, Virtus is expected to announce the arrival of Bryant Dunston.
Russian side UNICS is finalizing a deal with Belgian big man Ismael Bako, per sources. Bako had another year left on his deal with Virtus Bologna and UNICS will pay a buyout fee to complete the negotiation.
