The injury occurred in the first part of the Copa del Rey Final that Unicaja played against Real Madrid

Unicaja Malaga forward Axel Toupane will be out for the next 3 months due to a partial rupture of the Achilles tendon of the left leg, which occurred during the first part of the Copa del Rey Final against Real Madrid.
Toupane was averaging 9.6 points and 1.2 steals in EuroCup.
