The 2023-24 NCAA season begins on Monday, but top prospects for the 2024 NBA Draft are also emerging from other avenues as reported ESPN.

Six of the top ten players are either in the G League Ignite or playing overseas. Ron Holland (number 1 overall), Matas Buzelis (number 6 overall), and Izan Almansa (number 9 overall) are all suiting up for the Ignite this season.

Joining them in the top-10 are Alex Sarr (#2 overall), French talent Zaccharie Risacher (#5 overall), and Serbian prospect Nikola Topic (#10 overall).

The highest-rated college players include Isaiah Collier from USC (number 3), Justin Edwards from Kentucky (number 4), Donovan Clingan from Connecticut (number 7), and Stephon Castle (number 8).
