Timberwolves trade Wendell Moore, No. 37 pick to Pistons

Detroit is using a small portion of its salary cap space to climb 16 spots in the second round. 

Minnesota Timberwolves and Detroit Pistons agree to a trade that sends Wendell Moore and the No. 37 pick in tonight’s NBA Draft to Michigan in exchange for the No. 53 pick.

The Timberwolves yesterday bet a good portion of their chips on rookie scoring guard Rob Dillingham.

Detroit is using a small portion of its salary cap space to climb 16 spots in the second round.

The Pistons’ plans on Moore, barely averaging 4 minutes in 2 NBA seasons, are still unclear.
