Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren over 30 points in the Thunder’s success over the Jazz.
The point guard finished with 31 points, 7 assists and 4 steals, his 50th game with 30 or more points on the year, the first player to do so since the 2018/19 season .
Holmgren led the Thunder with an impressive 35 points (12/18 FG, 10/12 FT) 14 rebounds and 3 blocks, proving on several occasions that he is not afraid of physical contact with opponents.
“You always wanna try and play with force,” Holmgren said, “but not necessarily let it get into a wrestling match, where I’m usually not the bigger or heavier guy.”
OKC has a half-game lead over the Nuggets at the top of the Western Conference.
