Thunder reportedly sign, waive Antonius Cleveland, adding Melvin Frazier Jr.
Cleveland is expected to join the OKC Blue as an affiliate player
The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed and immediately waived Antonius Cleveland in order to acquire his G League rights, according to Keith Smith.
Also, Smith adds that the Thunder have signed Melvin Frazier Jr.
