Tampa Bay Buccaneers in talks with Baker Mayfield

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have begun negotiations with quarterback Baker Mayfield and would be ‘making every effort’ to retain him. Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports.

The Atlanta Falcons and Minnesota Vikings would be interested should Mayfield be on the free-agent market.

Mayfield signed a one-year, $4 million deal with the Bucs last season.
