Sotiris Manolopoulos to coach Greece NT in World Cup Qualifiers, Nikos Zisis named as GM

Greece will kickoff its qualifying campaign against Great Britain and Belarus in November

Greek Basketball Federation has announced that Peristeri coach Sotiris Manolopoulos has been named to lead the NT across the upcoming FIBA World Cup Qualifiers. Greece is in the group with Turkey, Belarus and Great Britain and will play the latter two in November; in case of progressing to a second phase, they will play the three best teams between Serbia, Slovenia, Belgium and Latvia.

The federation has also announced the appointment of former guard Nikos Zisis as the NT general manager.
