Sixers to sign Justin Anderson on a partially guaranteed deal

The Philadelphia 76ers are signing Justin Anderson to a partial guaranteed deal, reports Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The former Sixer will compete for a roster spot in training camp. Anderson averaged 7.1 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in his first Sixers stint.
