Shabazz Napier on the verge of leaving Crvena Zvedza

Napier, who last summer signed a rich two-year deal with the Serbian team, was averaging 10.2 points and 3.2 assists between ABA Liga and Euroleague.

Crvena Zvedza coach Ioannis Sfairopoulos revealed to the media after the loss against Real Madrid that Shabazz Napier will soon leave the team.

“Napier has asked not to play, he is in negotiations with another club.”

The Greek coach in a recent interview had not ruled out other moves on the market after Gillespie’s arrival.
