According to Marc J. Spears, several players of the Los Angeles Clippers asked out in the fourth quarter due to fatigue. They could not play for more than three minutes.

The Clippers were outscored 50-33 in their 104-89 loss in the elimination game.

Several Clippers were so fatigued during Game 7 against Denver that they struggled to play stints longer than three minutes and asked out of the game for a breather in the fourth quarter, sources told @TheUndefeated.
