Sergio ‘Chacho’ Rodriguez reportedly close to join Lenovo Tenerife

Rodriguez has produced averages of 4.2 points and 4 assists per game this year between Euroleague and ACB, showing time and again that he is still competitive at the highest level.

Sergio ‘Chacho’ Rodriguez will in all likelihood leave Real Madrid (which has already finalized a couple of signings for the backcourt) at the end of the ACB finals, but will continue playing at least one more season.

According to Ramon Alvarez de Mon, the 38-year-old former Olimpia Milano point guard is close to finalizing a deal with Lenovo Tenerife, where he would form a super-experienced point guard duo with Marcelihno Huertas.
