De’Aaron Fox has decided to pass on a three-year, $165 million extension to aim for a larger contract in 2025, per ESPN sources.
He could sign a four-year, $229 million deal, or a five-year, $345 million supermax if named to an All-NBA team.
Fox, 26, wants to remain a key part of the Kings’ future, who have also added DeMar DeRozan.
