Andrei Vatutin says CSKA is waiting for FIBA decisions’ on Johannes Voigtmann and Joel Bolomboy

“We have submitted all the necessary documents to the FIBA Arbitration Court. Dates have not yet been set. At the moment, FIBA, despite the current contract, recognized Kevin Pangos as free from obligations to us. I can only remind you of the boomerang effect: the precedent of the actual annulment of the signed agreement can somehow be used by someone in the future. Life will show. In fact, we still have an unsettled situation with the current contract of Johannes Vogtmann, we are waiting for the decision of the FIBA court. Bolomboy unilaterally terminated the contract, which expired this summer, and as a maximum here you can count on the decision of the Basketball Arbitration Tribunal on compensation”.
