Cooper started this season in Jeep Elite for Chalon, while Washburn spent last year with Delaware Blue Coats in G League with averages of 6.5 points and 4.8 rebounds.

Euroleague Basketball to reportedly have conference call with Domestic Leagues on season schedule

Euroleague Basketball board has asked European domestic leagues to join in a conference call to discuss the situation of the season calendar in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as reported first by MozzartSport.

Conference call is scheduled on Thursday, November 5th, and is expected to be widely participated across Europe.

Bogdan Radosavljevic agrees to terms with Merlins Crailsheim

Bogdan Radosavljevic will keep playing in Germany’s Bundesliga after his one-month contract with Syntainics MBC expired. The Serbian/German center has agreed to a deal with Merlins Crailsheim, sources told Sportando.

Radosavljevic, who had a brief stint in the EuroLeague last year with Alba Berlin, appeared in two games for MBC in the German Cup this month, averaging four points in just 18 minutes of action.

Galatasaray in advanced talks with Alex Tyus

Galatasaray is in advanced talks on a deal with veteran big man Alex Tyus, a source told Sportando. This would be a comeback to Galatasaray for Tyus who played for the Turkish team in 2016-17.

Tyus, a EuroLeague champion in 2014 with Maccabi Tel Aviv, spent the 2018-19 season with Unics Kazan, averaging around 10 points and six rebounds per game in the EuroCup and VTB League.

Jordan Callahan nearing agreement with KK Pelister

Former Tulane point guard Jordan Callahan is nearing an agreement with KK Pelister in North Macedonia, a source told Sportando.

Callahan has played in several countries and leagues during his career, including the German BBL, VTB League and Greek A1.

He most recently played for Ionikos BC in Greece last season, averaging 7 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in seven games.

KK Partizan, Vlado Scepanovic part ways

KK Partizan and Vlado Scepanovic have parted ways, the serbian team announced.
With assistants Aleksandar Matović and Dejan Mijatović positive for COVID-19, for now junior team coach Milivoje Lazić will lead the team.

Prince Ibeh joins Plymouth Raiders

The stage is set for British born basketball big man Prince Ibeh as the latest signing to be unveiled for the Plymouth Raiders.

6’ 11” Centre Ibeh who starred for the Texas Longhorns, secured the “Big 12” Defensive Player of the Year award in 2016. Upon graduation he signed for the Long Island Nets, NBA Brooklyn Nets’ G League side from 2016-2018 averaging 16 points per game in his final season.

Most recently featuring during the 19/20 campaign for German premier league Bundesliga side Hamburg Towers, Ibeh has a reputation as a dominant centre, scorer and shot blocker and is sure to make a significant impact for Raiders’ high ambitions this coming season.

26 year old Prince is ready to rock the BBL for the Plymouth fans tuning in from home for the televised games, and he had this to say;

“I would like to thank coach Paul James and the Plymouth Raiders owners for this opportunity. I’m looking forward to helping the team in anyway I can on and off the court”

Coach Paul James added;

“We are delighted with the signing of Prince Ibeh. His size and agility in and around the basket at both ends of the court is going to be crucial to our make up and success this season. There have been a few decent interior players in the league of late, but we feel Prince in another level of player with an even higher ceiling. We happily welcome him into our Raiders family and we are very much looking forward to him joining up with the rest of the squad.”

“It’s been a few years since Raiders last had a dominant big man with Prince’s physicality. Think Terrence Durham, Carlton Aaron or most recently 6’ 10” Paul Williams in 2011/12, this appointment is really exciting for the fans”.

The guard started the season with Boulogne-Levallois, with averages of 12.2 points in 17 minutes per game.
Having already played in Eurocup with Boulogne-Levallois, the guard out of Houston will be eligible for the competition only from the Top-16.

Jovan Novak signed a short-term contract with Mega Soccerbet, the serbian team announced.
Novak has already played for Mega in the 2016/17 season.
Last year the serbian pointguard played for Mitteldeutscher, and was the best assist-man in the german BBL with 8.9 assist per game.

Demetrius Jackson reportedly expected to leave Rytas Vilnius

Former NBA point guard Demetrius Jackson is expected to leave Rytas Vilnius, according to Lithuanian reporter Donatas Urbonas.

Jackson was averaging 13.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game in the LKL. He also posted 14 points, six assists and four steals in the Basketball Champions League opener on Thursday as Rytas lost to Peristeri.
