Washington has played in Italy with Cremona, Torino and Venezia before joining Trieste.
Former Towson guard Brian Starr has signed a contract with Tizona Burgos in Spain’s LEB Oro, a source told Sportando.
Starr has played in Turkey’s TBL this season, averaging 17.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.6 steals per game for Budo Gemlik.
Aleksej Nikolic and Partizan Belgrade are parting ways, sources tell Sportando.
The point guard had a contract till 2022 with the Serbian team.
Nikolic spent last season with Treviso averaging 10.9ppg before returning to Partizan in the summer.
Unicaja Malaga announced the signing of Malcolm Thomas.
The big man has played with Bayern Munich till December.
The deal is for the remainder of the season.

There have been a lot of rumblings around Pau Gasol possibly joining FC Barcelona over the past few months. This time, it is Barcelona-based journalist Jose Ignacio Huguet reporting for Mundo Deportivo that Gasol has a deal in place with the EuroLeague team.
