Khimki players reportedly not paid for last 3 months, owed more than $3.3M in the period

According to a report from RIA Novosti, Khimki Moscow players have not received any salary in the last three months, a period in which the total debt owed by the team to its players went above 250M Russian Ruble, a little more than $3.3M.

Khimki’s win yesterday against Real Madrid ended a 17-game losing streak in Euroleague, the longest single-season losing streak in the competition’s history.
