Zalgiris Kaunas reportedly interested in Daulton Hommes, Niels Giffey

Zalgiris Kaunas is already working to build the roster they will face next season.

According to Donatas Urbonas, the Lithuanian team would have targeted Daulton Hommes and Niels Giffey.

Hommes had an excellent debut season in Europe, with 16.3 points (47% FG, 42% 3P, 86% FT) and 4.6 rebounds per game for Vanoli Cremona.
Giffey has been playing with ALBA Berlin since the 2014/15 season, this year he recorded averages of 8 points (48% FG, 42% 3P, 79% FT), 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assist in Euroleague.

Baskonia reportedly interested in Marco Spissu

According to the Italian newspaper L’Unione Sarda, Baskonia would again be interested in a Dinamo Sassari player, two years after Achille Polonara.

Marco Spissu, point guard and leader of the team led by Pozzecco, would have ended up in the notebook of the Spanish team.

Varese reportedly offers new contract to Egbunu but big man unlikely to remain

Pallacanestro Varese made a contract extension offer to John Egbunu according to La Prealpina.
The chance that the Nigerian big man will remain in Varese are very low as Egbunu will try to capitalize the great season he had with the Italian team.

Egbunu started the season in South Korea before moving to Varese where he was one of the key player for avoiding relegation.

Egbunu ended his experience with Varese at 8.4ppg and 7.6rpg.
