Adelaide 36ers sign Brandon Paul

The Adelaide 36ers are pleased to announce the signing of Brandon Paul for the remainder of the 2021 NBL season.
Brandon Paul is looking forward to joining his new teammates and taking on the challenge ahead.

I know quite a few players across the NBL and have heard great things about the league, so I cannot wait to get there and be part of it. The swingman out of NC State spent last season in G League with the Long Island Nets, where he averaged over 10 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assist per game.

 

Josh Bostic to join Happy Casa Brindisi

Josh Bostic is leaving Unahotels Reggio Emilia but he will remain in Italian Serie A.

The American forward has reached an agreement with Happy Casa Brindisi and his last story on Instagram confirmed it.

Bostic has played 18 games in Serie A with Reggio Emilia averaging 13.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists.

Ormanspor offers Justin Dentmon

Turkish club Ormanspor has offered veteran guard Justin Dentmon a deal, a source told Sportando.

Reports of Dentmon signing with Cluj-Napoca in Romania are not true, Sportando has learned.

Stanton Kidd joining Hapoel Jerusalem

Israeli club Hapoel Jerusalem has reached an agreement with forward Stanton Kidd, sources told Sportando. Roi Cohen first reported that Hapoel was showing interest in Kidd.

Kidd has played in Turkey with Ormanspor this season, averaging 13.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.

Kidd holds both NBA and EuroLeague experience as he appeared in four games with the Utah Jazz in November 2019 and played for Darussafaka the season before.

Thomas Heurtel: I got offers from European clubs, including Asvel but I’ve not made a decision yet

Thomas Heurtel will play for France’s National Team in the upcoming Eurobasket 2022 Qualifiers.
The French point guard is free agent since he left Barcelona but he still doesn’t know if he will remain seamless for the remainder of the season or sign in a club.

“I received proposals from many European clubs, including one from Asvel. But I have not yet made a decision on whether or not signing in a club for the remainder of the season. I will make my decision in the next days. If I choose to join a team, when the time comes, you will know” Heurtel said, as reported by Stultus.

Telekom Baskets Bonn made official the signings of Alex Hamilton and Jalen Hudson.

Hamilton started the season in Turkey with Galatasaray.

Hudson has played in G League with Capitals City Go Go.

Galatasaray agreed to terms with Pierre Jackson

Galatasaray has reached an agreement with Pierre Jackson after Alex Hamilton’s departure to Bonn.

Jackson has played last season in China with Shenzhen averaging 23ppg.

The American spent last season in G League averaging 16.9 points, 4 rebounds and 5.9 assists.

Barber has played pro basketball in Europe with Brindisi and Ironi Nahariya.

Khimki reportedly waiting for Andrey Vorontsevich final answer on deal

Khimki Moscow has been in talks with veteran big man Andrey Vorontsevich and is waiting for the player’s final decision on a deal, according to RIA Novosti.

Vorontsevich is a free agent since the interruption of the 2019-20 season and has only played with the National Team since then. He will be part of the Russia NT who will play the final Eurobasket qualifiers matches in Perm against North Macedonia and Estonia.

Tre McLean staying with Peristeri for remainder of season

Tre McLean has renegotiated his contract with Peristeri for an increased salary to remain with the club for the remainder of the season, his agent Charles Misuraca of Slash Sports told Sportando.

McLean, who is averaging 11.9 points and 4.9 rebounds in the Greek league, had drawn some interest from Galatasaray but is ultimately staying with the Greek team.
